Our pictures

You are free to use our pictures for your own personal use on your computer as desktop backgrounds, or to print and display them for personal use. Downloading these pictures does not mean that you own the rights to them, and you may not sell, license, transfer, or distribute them to any third party, whether individually or as part of collections or compilations. Membership

Payment can be made by the methods specified. We will take every reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to your information. We do not retain details of your credit card at Amazing Fantasies, these are retained by our payment processor, PayPal Inc.

We use PayPal® to process all our online transactions. PayPal is a subsidiary of eBay Inc. and handles millions of pounds in transactions every day. PayPal's service builds on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards and uses the an advanced proprietary fraud prevention systems to create a safe real-time payment system.

Contributing artists

If you are a Fantasy Artist and we have agreed that you will contribute your art to our galleries, this does not entitle you to a share of any of the revenue collected by this site. All revenue generated from membership fees is used solely to fund our hosting, design, development and administration costs. Displaying your artwork on Amazing Fantasies does not mean that we own it; you will retain sole ownership and all intellectual property of your artwork, and are entitled to withdraw any picture(s) at any time.

Use of this site

We make every effort to ensure this site works on all platforms, but we cannot guarantee that this web site will be compatible with every computer, and we accept no liability for any corruption or loss of data held on your computer, or any liability for any other loss or damage of any kind caused to your computer resulting from the use of this site.
